The seller says, "Since I've owned her I've replaced about 13 planks, built a new mast and rebuilt the cockpit and rudder. All professionally done.
She was built in Wilmington, Ca. in 1970 by master carpenter Roger Smedley. A lot of the material came from light cruisers. After WW2 the battle ships went to Guam the destroyers went to Okinawa and the cruisers went to terminal is. L.A. for salvage. She's pretty much old growth Honduran red mahogany and Burmese teak.
